Phone operator decided to go on racist rant
Bought boxes off websites order was confirmed. Over a week passes and the order still wasn't received. So I call the company. A very rude and condescending telephone operator calling herself "Margaret Manovitch". After being told my items didn't ship because of the rate and I would have to be charged double the price of the agreed upon quote. After being baited and switched I was called a terrorist by the phone operator when I asked to speak with a supervisor I was told they were the owner and called several other racial slurs and told they are a evangelical Christian and hung up on me. I will be filing with the BBB.
